RENTAL PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS & FINANCIAL INCENTIVES

TO PARTICIPATE IN THE RENTAL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
- Your suite must be enrolled under the official Rental Management Agreement.
- You must have proof of appropriate insurance.
- Your suite must be furnished with the Everline's Furnishing and Houseweare Package.
To preserve the Resort's cohesive atmosphere, owners must adhere to standard furnishing and decor, though personal belongings can be kept in your private "owner's closet".
We recognize the importance of maximizing your return on investment.
Our program is designed with built-in financial incentives that reward participation, enhance profitability, and provide added value to your ownership.
- Seasonal Availability Bonus: Earn an additional $2,000 per month (up to $12,000 annually per unit) by leaving your unit unbooked for personal or guest of owners stays durning peak seasons (January, February, March, June, July, and August). This is in addition to your standard revenue split.
- $2,000 Annual F&B Credit: Enjoy a $500 quarterly credit toward food and non-alcoholic beverages at the Resort-managed dining outlets (Six Peaks Grille, Sandy's Pub, Cascades, Iron Road Noodle House, Ski Bar and Oasis Pool Bar)
- Eliminated Kitchen Stock Fee: Post-renovation, the annual $500 FF&E kitchen supply charge will be waived for Rental Program participants.
- Event Referral Rewards: Receive a 15% comission on group room nights, banquet, or catering events you refer. Or enjoy a 10% discount when hosting a personal event at the Resort.
