•    Seasonal Availability Bonus: Receive $2,000 for each month rental owners or guest of owners are not occupying their units during January, February, March, June, July and August (up to $12,000 annually). If you own two units, you can rent one of them, and get receive $1000 for each month rental owners or guests of owners are not occupying them. 

If you own two units, you can rent one and still receive $1,000 per month for each month listed above that the rental owners or their guests are not occupying it.
•    $2,000 Annual F&B Credit: $500 per Quarter at Resort Dining Outlet
•    Waived Kitchen Stock Fee: $500 Annual Charge Eliminated Post-Renovation
•    Event Referral Rewards: 15% Commission on Referrals, or 10% Discount for Personal Events
