Project Cost & Payment Schedule

To ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across the resort, all Rental Management Program units must be renovated to the same design and standard. Coordinating this effort as a single, unified project enables us to secure significant economies of scale, reducing costs, streamlining construction, and delivering greater value for every participating owner.

Unit Pricing Ranges

  • Queen/King Studio: $40–$45K
  • 1 Bedroom Suites: $57–$62K
  • 2 Bedroom Suites: $88–$93K
  • 2 Bedroom Penthouse: $115–$127K
  • 3 Bedroom Suite: $127–$135K
  • 3 Bedroom Penthouse: $128K-$138K

We Heard You, and We Changed

Based on owner feedback, the Rental Management Program no longer requires a deed restriction. The updated contracts now include a clear early exit policy. While the program is structured as a three-year commitment to support brand consistency and optimize rental performance, owners may choose to exit early by paying the prorated difference between the preferred renovation pricing and the full retail cost, reflecting the significant group discounts currently offered.
