To complete renovations ahead of the 2026/2027 ski season, commitments must be finalized Q4, 2025. Contractor bids, custom furnishings, and construction phasing all depend on locked participation by mid-October.
• H-CPM has secured highly competitive rates based on group volume and advance commitment. Any delay risks both pricing and scheduling.
• A typical unit renovation priced at $55,000 through this program would exceed $120,000 if done independently or outside this window.
• Material and labor costs are rising, and current pricing is only guaranteed if we stay on schedule. Missing this opportunity will increase costs for all owners.
• Everline does not add any markup or management fee; you pay actual cost only.
• All furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) are commercial-grade, designed for durability, longevity, and performance in high-traffic hospitality environments.
