Renovation Scope of Work by Room Type

The Everline Renovation Program will modernize every space to meet luxury standards, from guestrooms and suites to corridors and specialty units. Each room type will receive tailored upgrades in design, functionality, and finishes, creating a cohesive and unified brand experience while ensuring comfort, style, and lasting value. Below is the renovation scope by room type.

• Guestrooms & Suites (General): FF&E renovation including carpet, paint, wallcovering, casegoods, lighting, window treatments, appliances, and bathroom upgrades. Includes tub-to-shower conversions, occupancy sensors, and electrical upgrades
• Model Room: Prototype room for design validation. Includes construction, FF&E, and display setup for retail/fishbowl presentation
• QQ Studio: FF&E, bathroom upgrades, tub surround, lighting, mirror, artwork
• K Studio: Similar to QQ Studio with King bed layout
• 1BR King Suite: Living area FF&E, kitchenette upgrades, bathroom renovations
• 2BR Suite (QQ, K): Dual bedroom FF&E, multiple bathrooms, kitchen upgrades
• 2BR PH Suite: Premium FF&E, high-end appliances, expanded lighting and artwork
• 3BR Suite: Largest unit type with extensive FF&E, lighting, and bathroom upgrades
